Wildfire Updates August 14 2021

We want to advise all our campers, that currently Salmon Arm is not under any threat of fire.  The BC govt made an announcement yesterday asking tourist not to travel to certain areas, however we are not one of those.  We do ask that before you come know your proper information.

Given the current wildfire situation in B.C., which is expected to worsen over the weekend, the Province is asking people to not travel to parts of the Interior region until further notice.

This includes the communities of:

  • Armstrong,
  • Spallumcheen,
  • Okanagan Indian Band,
  • Enderby, and
  • parts of the Regional District North Okanagan.

How are feeling today about guests?

Hello Miranda
We are fine with having you here….Salmon Arm is not on alert, nor is part of the travel advisory. We are expecting rain this afternoon for a 24 hour period and so we are expecting things to improve. Phone me if you have further questions
