Yoga with Dave

Join us every Wed at 9:00am for yoga on the grass with Dave.

Dave is a dedicated yoga practitioner for over a decade, Dave has been guiding others as a certified yoga instructor for the past two years.  After completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mallorca, Spain, and a 50-hour Core 40 training in Malaga, he has deepened his practice with a focus on alignment, breath, and embodied presence.

With over 15 years of experience as a chef, Dave brings creativity, discipline, and a love for nourishment into every aspect of his life.

He has worked extensively as a youth advocate and coordinator, supporting youth people through mentorship, community programs, and holistic engagement.

A father to tow adventurous daughters, aged 10 and 7, he embraces life with curiosity, compassion and playful energy.

When not on the mat or in the kitchen, he an often be found building and repairing guitars-combining his love for craftmanship and nature.

Currently living in a cabin in the forest, Dave leads a life rooted in minimalism, simplicity, and connection to nature.
